With the 68th Annual Grammy Awards just around the corner, the stage is set for music’s biggest night of the year. The industry’s hottest names will be in attendance, from Bad Bunny and Justin Bieber to Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar, making it must-watch TV for music fans everywhere.
With the ceremony just days away, we’re taking a look at betting odds on all the major categories. From Album of the Year to Best New Artist, there are plenty of intriguing betting options heading into the show. With that in mind, let’s jump right in and see how the betting markets are shaping up for the 2026 Grammys.
Grammy for Best New Artist
Following the success of her album The Art of Loving, British singer-songwriter Olivia Dean (-300) is the betting favourite to win this year’s Grammy for Best New Artist. With hit singles like “Man I Need” and “So Easy (To Fall in Love),” Dean has tons of momentum heading into this year’s award show.
Having said all of that, Leon Thomas (+300) provides a ton of betting value to win this award. The former Nickelodeon star turned breakout R&B singer was the original favourite in this category. If you’re looking for an underdog with a real shot at winning, taking Thomas to win Best New Artist could be the move.
Grammy for Best Solo Pop Performance
Having already won this award last year with her smash hit “Espresso,” pop superstar Sabrina Carpenter is once again the favourite for Best Solo Pop Performance with her latest chart-topping single, “Manchild” (-225). It was one of the most-played pop songs of 2025, putting her in great position to become the category’s first repeat winner since Adele in 2013.
Sabrina’s closest competitor in this year’s field is Chappell Roan’s “The Subway” (+325). While it may not have enjoyed significant commercial success, it’s arguably the most critically respected song of all the nominees. Chappell isn’t the safest bet out there, but she’s become extremely popular within the industry and is the type of artist who tends to outperform expectations.
Grammy for Best Rap Album
Kendrick Lamar is expected to have a big night at this year’s Grammys, and his album GNX (-275) is a major reason for that. Critically praised and culturally relevant, this album delivers on all. Kendrick is already a multiple-time winner in this category, so don’t be surprised if you see his name called for this award once again.
With the run that he’s on in the rap genre, there’s always a chance of “Kendrick fatigue” from the voters. GNX is also nominated for Album of the Year, which can sometimes work against an artist. If Kendrick doesn’t win this award, it’ll most likely be Clipse for Let God Sort Em Out (+185) or Tyler, the Creator for his album, Chromakopia (+750).
Grammy for Best Contemporary Country Album
Dust off your cowboy boots, hop in the saddle and get ready for a two-horse race to win this year’s Grammy for Best Contemporary Country Album. Kelsea Ballerini has the inside track for her album, Patterns (-500), but country singer Tyler Childers still has an outside chance of winning with his album, Snipe Hunter (+350).
Patterns will be tough to beat with its mainstream appeal and distinctive mix of country and pop, while Ballerini’s constant touring and major social media presence only help to boost her following. Having said that, Childers has the more raw and rootsy album, which could help him if the voters find Ballerini’s album too pop-oriented.
Grammy for Song of the Year
It’s rare that a soundtrack song is popular enough to cross over into the mainstream awards, but it usually comes with major momentum when it does. K-Pop Demon Hunters created a viral sensation with their record-breaking single, “Golden” (-300), which is now the heavy favourite to win the Grammy for Song of the Year.
Similar to past soundtrack hits “Let It Go” and “Shallow,” “Golden” has left an undeniable mark on pop culture over the past year. But if you’re worried about voters not taking an animated soundtrack seriously, Kendrick Lamar’s “Luther” (+500) is a wildly popular track and offers solid betting value at its current price.
Grammy for Album of the Year
As one of the most highly anticipated categories, Album of the Year tends to attract the most betting interest of all the Grammy markets. There are several nominees for this year’s award, but it will most likely come down to Bad Bunny’s Debí Tirar Más Fotos (-140) and Lady Gaga’s Mayhem (+400).
With his unique blend of reggaeton, pop and Latin music, Bad Bunny has become one of the most influential artists of the decade and a win for his album Debí Tirar Más Fotos would feel like a true cultural moment. On the other hand, Lady Gaga is widely respected among the Academy and her album Mayhem is creative, cohesive and ambitious, which checks almost every box for this category.
